Provide cumulative points to each one of your employees for accomplishing their daily goals. These can be redeemed by your employees on the platform for products or services.
Employee loyalty programs based on points seek to generate employee loyalty and productivity for the company, rewarding them on their goals and specific interactions.
First, individual or group goals will be established for one or more months. Later, these goals and incentives will be created on the platform in points. The employee will redeem these points for available products or services on the redemption platform.
The points program will allow you to plan and incentivize the productive performance of your employees, achieve greater harmony on employee agreed-upon goals and reward their accomplishment through effective incentives.
You can only participate if your receive an invitation from your leadership indicating the objective, period, goal and award for accomplishment. You may accept it or not. If you accept it and you reach the goal, reward points will be loaded into your account.
You will load the campaign or permanent goal by first defining the period, the goal and the reward for accomplishing this, expressed in points.
To load the platform with a points campaign, it is advised that you establish a period of no more than three months with a goal that is unrelated to the employee’s daily regular work. Conversely, the permanent campaign will suggest that you load the platform for a duration of six to twelve months.
Points have a duration period of twelve months or until the end of the calendar year. After this period, it is suggested that you notify employees of the duration period and the expiration conditions of the points.
The platform provides various options through which you can select available products for your workers to redeem. For these purposes, our platform is connected by Api Rest to the company Tango, which will allow your company to make payments and make points available for their redemption.
